HD Sync App for iOS

HD Sync simplifies the process of uploading DJI GO log files from your iOS phone/tablet to Airdata.com.

Instead of having to connect your device to a desktop computer and transfer the files manually, it will upload the files directly to Airdata.com for you.

To enjoy this new app, please follow the instructions below.

UPDATE! For iOS users who don't want to install another app on their phone/tablet, another option is to configure DJI Direct Sync on Airdata.

Initial Configuration Before Syncing Syncing Flights FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. HD Sync says that a number of flights were uploaded, but I can't see them in my Airdata UAV account. Where are they?

Answer: HD Sync will report how many flights were uploaded. Some (or all) of these flights may have already been uploaded to your account, either manually (using Airdata's upload page) or by using HD Sync on a different device. The Airdata UAV system will automatically detect these flights as duplicates and automatically ignore them. Any new flights (which were not marked as duplicates) will show up in your account in bold under the flight list.

Another possibility is that Airdata UAV is still working on processing the new uploads queue. This can take longer if the server is busy processing many flights. Please allow a few minutes for the flights to show up.

  2. I just synced all my flights with HD Sync, but my latest flights from today do not show up in Airdata UAV, why?

Answer: Make sure to first sync the flights in DJI GO, so that all the recent flights are uploaded to the DJI servers. Otherwise, HD Sync will not be able to download the most recent flights. To learn how to sync DJI GO, see the instructions "Before Syncing".

  3. I have multiple devices (tablets or phones), do I need to install HD Sync on all of them?

Answer: Generally, there is no need to, because DJI GO already synchronizes all your flights between devices, so one installation of HD Sync should be able to upload all of your flights. With that said, if you want to speed up the process and upload from any device, there is no harm installing HD Sync multiple times - Airdata UAV will handle this properly.

  4. Can I still use HD Sync with Airdata?

Answer: Yes. HD Sync will continue to work with Airdata.
